What we look for
University graduate
UK – Minimum 2:2 degree in any discipline
Singapore – Minimum 3.0 GPA over a 4.0 scale grading system or 4.0 above GPA for over a 5.0 scale grading system

Apprenticeship programme
We believe that true talent doesn’t always get its start in a classroom. That’s why our apprenticeship programmes are designed for those that don’t wish to go to university, but instead want to learn on-the-job.
Our apprenticeship programme will not only give you the opportunity to learn valuable technical and professional skills training, but will also support you through an apprenticeship relevant to your chosen field. We also believe in the power of learn from others, which is why you’ll remain with your core team for the duration of your programme, allowing you to become an expert in your field. We are committed to you and your career, and so our apprenticeship roles are permanent roles from day one.
