3. Make arrangements for an autopsy.
4. Call police in case of theft, shooting or vehicular involvement.DON’T

2. Have an animal put down without consent of Markel.
3. Have an animal removed prior to performance of an autopsy.
4. Neglect a police report (if needed due to theft, shooting, or vehicular involvement).CAUTION

Markel Global Reinsurance provides casualty and specialty reinsurance products to the broker market. Our underwriting operations are based in the US, Bermuda, and UK. We write treaties on quota share, excess of loss (XOL), per risk, aggregate, stop loss, and loss portfolio transfer bases. Principal lines of treaty reinsurance business include accident & health, agriculture, auto, aviation/space, credit/surety/political risk/mortgage, general casualty, marine and energy, medical malpractice, professional liability, public entity, terrorism, whole account, and workers compensation. Casualty facultative reinsurance for individual risks is offered for auto liability, general liability, excess/umbrella liability, products liability, and certain classes of miscellaneous professional liability.
